in Mass Communication. During his time at BIU, Blossom served as the President of the Association of Mass Communication Students (AMCOS) in the 2007/2008 academic year. He also showcased his acting skills in the university’s highly successful theater production, “Godless: The Path to Dawn,” which played a pivotal role in shaping his career.

Career:

After completing his studies, Blossom Chukwujekwu relocated to Lagos, Nigeria, to fulfill his National Youth Service Corps obligations. With a strong determination to pursue his acting ambitions, he seized every opportunity that came his way.

In 2009, he landed the lead role in the Nigerian soap opera “Portrait Of Passion.” The same year, he made his feature film debut in Vivian Ejike’s “Private Storm,” starring alongside industry veterans Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and Ramsey Nouah.

Blossom’s breakthrough came in 2012 when he starred in the critically acclaimed and commercially successful film “Flower Girl.”

The movie not only garnered attention in Nigeria but also gained recognition at international film festivals in Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Subsequently, he appeared in notable films such as “Finding Mercy” (2013), “Knocking on Heaven’s Door” (2014), “The Visit” (2015), “A Place Called Happy” (2015), and “Ghana Must Go” (2016).

Blossom Chukwujekwu got married to his first wife, Maureen Esisi, on December 19, 2015. However, their marriage unfortunately ended in 2019. In 2022, Blossom found love again and tied the knot with Winifred Akhuemokhan. They had their traditional marriage on May 20, 2022, followed by a church wedding ceremony on June 17, 2022, at the Believer’s Love World, also known as Christ Embassy Church.
